5. Director of Finance report, Financial statement of the association's position as at 30 September.
7. General Business All notices of motions must be lodged with the Secretary (7) days prior to the meeting.
8. Election of Board of Directors - Nominations are to be received (21) days prior to the meeting to admin@eastpertheagles.com.au
9. Close of the Meeting
