Performance
East Perth Eagles teams strive to compete at the highest level, aiming for finals and championship success across all age groups and divisions, with a particular focus on Championship Division and Division 2.
Development
Our club remains committed to balanced team structures that support both top‑age and bottom‑age athletes, especially within Division 3 and below. This approach ensures sustained growth and progression, supported by strong coaching pathways and performance programs. Development Players (DPs) continue to play an important role in strengthening our squads and preparing future WABL athletes
Culture
Skill alone does not define an Eagle. Our selection process places significant value on attitude, teamwork, respect for coaches and officials, and commitment to club values. Family engagement and loyalty also contribute to our cultural foundation.
